Confessions of a Shopaholic
by Sophie Kinsella
I loved this book; it was so much fun to read. I literally laughed out loud, much to the annoyance of my sister, who was trying to watch TV.
Becky Bloomwood is hilarious and irrepressible heroine, who has a "little" addiction to shopping. It is an addiction that gets her into serious debt. But no matter how many nasty letters from bill collectors she gets, Becky keeps a positive attitude. She tries numerous ways to get herself out of debt, from getting a second job to spending less money. All have a hilarious outcome and end with Becky no better off than when she started. Don't worry though, Becky eventually pays all her bills off and it is a throughly enjoyable read to find out how.
